Sign up using your SDSU email address (@sdsu.edu) and create a password. You'll need to choose whether you want to use the app as a Student, Poster, or both.
You can delete your account directly from within the Second Course app:
Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your posts, photos, and claims will be permanently deleted.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Go to the Profile tab and you'll see notification preference toggles for your role (Student or Poster). Adjust them as needed.

First, check your device settings to ensure notifications are enabled for Second Course. Then, go to the Profile tab and check that your notification preferences are turned on. If you're still having issues, contact us with details.
The app needs access to your photos so you can attach images to your food posts. This helps other students see what food is available before they claim it. When you create a post, you can choose photos from your library or take new ones with the camera.
We collect your email address, display name, profile information, posts, and claims. For a complete list, please see our Privacy Policy.
You can update your profile information within the app. To access your data or request a copy, email us at daniel@secondcourse.co.

Second Course is a food sharing platform for the SDSU community. It connects students and faculty who have leftover food with those who want to claim it, reducing food waste on campus.
